Things to practice at home
- Tying shoes
- Holding a pencil (GRIP:thumb on side, pointer on top, middle/tall man on bottom)
- Writing first and last name (use uppercase letter followed by lowercase letters)
- Counting to 100
- Identifying letters in alphabet
- Identifying colors around your house or in your environment
- Zipping/buttoning jacket or coat
- Eating healthy
- Getting lots of rest at night (10-12 hours if possible)
- Washing hands
Parents: read 20 minutes a night to your child or have them read to you
Parents: praise your child every day
