FACS RULES

Student Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

 

All Electronic devices must remain out of sight and turned off at all times!

Be Responsible:

·       Maintain good attendance habits

·       Follow all classroom rules so that all students can learn

·       Acquire and complete any missed work due to absence in the time allotment set forth in the student handbook

·       Use all classroom equipment properly

·       Return all equipment to the proper place

 

Be Respectful:

·       Treat all members of class with respect

·       Participate constructively in classroom discussions and activities

·       Use appropriate language

·       Follow all classroom sanitation and safety procedures

 

    Be Ready to Learn:

·       Come to class ready to work

·       Bring writing utensil and paper daily

·       Bring any required supplies on due dates

 

Absences and Tardies:

·       Attendance and tardy policies set forth by the student handbook will be followed. It is your responsibility to check for missed assignments after an absence.  In the case of absences one to two days will be allowed to turn in missed work depending on the circumstances.

 

Grades:

Grades will be based on an accumulative point system.  At the end of the quarter your points will be divided by the points possible which will determine your percentage.

Parents will be notified if a grade falls below average throughout the quarter. Progress reports will be sent home on a regular basis.

 


Grading Scale

100-90=A

89-80=B

79-70=C

69-60=D

59& below =F
