VOCATIONAL INDUSTRIAL CLUBS OF AMERICA (VICA) is a student vocational organization in which many RTI students participate. Through this organization, students are provided with the opportunity to develop and enhance leadership skills. By participating in VICA, technical students gain the opportunity to practice skills learned in the classroom and lab by competing with their peers on the district, state, and national levels. Each summer the United States Skill Olympics is held which brings competitors from each of the fifty states. Through VICA, students also enjoy interaction with community leaders and potential employers.
