Mandatory Requirements
As of January 1, 2005, all new hires (certified, support staff and all substitute positions) must submit to an FBI fingerprint background check. The fee for the background check to be paid by the employee. Employment cannot begin until the District is in receipt of valid written clearance results. For more information on this mandatory process, please refer to the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's fingerprinting fact sheet (PDF-format).
In order to be considered for employment, it is mandatory that all employees enroll in direct deposit at a bank of their choice. The employee's name must be listed on the active account.
Certificated Positions
Applicants who wish to apply for a certificated position must possess certification for the position in which they are interested.
Support Staff Positions
Applicants who want to apply for a support staff position may need to meet specific requirements for education, experience or professional credentials depending on the type of position in which they are interested.
