PAT Resources
- Personalized Home Visits by a certified Parent Educator who offers timely information on a child's development and ways to encourage learning.
- Group Meetings with other parents to share parenting experiences, gain new insights and talk about topics of interest.
- Periodic Screening of general development, language, hearing and vision. The goal is to provide early detection of potential problems which could cause difficulties later.
- Linkage of families with other community services, if needed, that are beyond the scope of the PAT program.
- Newsletters containing interesting articles about child rearing issues, child development, upcoming PAT events, recipes and ideas for activities and homemade toys.
- Playgoups are currently available at The Centre every Monday and Thursday from 10:00-11:00 a.m. when Rolla Public Schools are in session.
