Students had the opportunity to present poems or just listen to other performers.  Poems were presented in a variety of ways, for example some students sang with instruments, and some poems were read by class groups or as a duet.  The audience was respectful and responded appropriately.  Students did not have to pay any funds to participate!  This year Jessie Shields teamed up with the Graphics Design class to include typography as their decoration.  We had over 100 students attend every hour, with the highest attendance being 170.  We also had 20-25 student presenters every hour.  It was a great turn out!
