Laumeier Sculpture Park:  Students visited just a few of the installation outdoor sculptures.  We discussed how to create art intended for a specific space.  Students enjoyed viewing art outdoors, in an unexpected location.

St. Louis Art Museum:  Students were given a challenge while visiting.  They had to match unlikely pairs of famous works of art.  Students used cameras to document their finds.  Everyone had time to share with each other while at the museum.  Students had great fun with this assignment and made meaningful connections emotionally to famous art.

City Museum:  Students were amazed at the enormity of The City Museum.  While having fun, the students learned how art connects with other subject areas, something all in education need to remember!  List of activities include; bug museum, architecture museum, climbing everything in sight, circus, art workshops, and much more.
